TO FORM LISTS OF ELECTRONIC MAIL IN ITS CONTROL PANEL

The mail list is a service that allows to communicate with several reported electronic mail of discharge in the corresponding list. If an email is sent to the mail list and the users of the same respond to this email, the answer message will arrive at each one of the users subscribed to this list. Any user subscribed to the List of Mail will be able to send an email to the List, and this one will arrive to him automatically at all the subscribed others.

This system of distribution of electronic mail only must be used to interchange information with those people whom they have asked for specifically to subscribe to the List. Otherwise, its use could be considered Spam, and consequently, the corresponding penalties would be applied.

HOW TO DISCHARGE FROM THE HOSPITAL A LIST OF ELECTRONIC MAIL FROM OUR CONTROL PANEL

In order to be able to discharge from the hospital an associated list of mail to his dominion it will have to enter his Control Panel (through http://admin. dominiocontratado.com replacing dominiocontratado.com by the dominion that it has lodged in our company).

Once within the Control Panel, it will have to be identified with the data that we have sent to him in the hiring of our services, indicating usuary and password in the corresponding squares.

When identifying itself, it will enter within the panel of management of its account, and will be able to register the lists of electronic mail through the option Accounts that appear in the menu of underneath the screen.

Within this option, it can manage several services, that also appear in the menu of underneath the screen:

• To discharge from the hospital accounts of email for its dominion.
• To discharge from the hospital alias for its accounts of mail.
• To register and to manage mail bulletins.
• To manage its own lists of mail.
• To manage its accounts FTP.
• To manage its public FTP.

In order to discharge from the hospital a new list of electronic mail, we entered the section Ready, and punctured with the left button of the mouse on the button that indicates New List in the part inferior of the central screen. FIELD 1 - NAME OF THE LIST OF ELECTRONIC MAIL

In order to be able to discharge from the hospital a mail list, they will have to specify the name of this list, that will serve more ahead so that the users of identify the same it and write their commentaries. For example, if you wish to create a list of electronic mail to communicate enters all suppliers, they can create the list proveedores@dominiocontratado.com (modifying dominiocontratado.com by the name of the dominion that you have available at every moment).

FIELD 2 - EMAIL ADMINISTRATOR

In the staked out field as email administrator must include a valid account of electronic mail that it will serve later for, if the list is moderate, validating e-mails that is sent to the list before they are spread in the same.

FIELD 3 - PUBLIC REGISTRY

In this field we will be able to choose if we wished that our list is public (any account can be subscribed sending e-mails to the list of a certain form) or prevailed (they do not discharge from the hospital accounts unless you to them by means of the panel give).

HOW TO REGISTER USERS IN OUR LIST OF MAIL

From the interface Usuary we will be able to discharge from the hospital registries of accounts of electronic mail that will be associated to our list of mail, so that soon they will be able to receive electronic mails and to participate in the operation of the same, of normal form.

USERS DIGEST

The users digest do not receive all the post office that are sent to the list of unitary form, as in the case of the users, described in the previous field. In the case of the users digest, these receive a ampler mail solely each certain number of e-mails, in which are included all the post office that have been sent to the list. It is a recommendable form at the time of discharging from the hospital users who do not wish to receive a great amount of e-mails in their mailboxes of electronic mail.

USERS BANEADOS

In the listing of baneados users we will have to include all those accounts of mail that we do not want that they participate in our list of electronic mail.

When puncturing with the left button of our mouse on the button New Registry of anyone of the different types from user that we wish we will accede to a menu from which we will be able to discharge from the hospital all the accounts of electronic mail which we consider necessary in each case:

In the shown example we would be giving of discharge the accounts of electronic mail pruebas@pruebas and pruebas2@pruebas2 within our list of mail “tests�. It remembers that in the presented/displayed examples the list is included like example “tests� within the dominion “dominiocontratado.com�. In the case of their lists, tests� by the name of their list of mail, and “dominiocontratado.com� by the name of the dominion lodged in our servants will have to modify the parameter “.

It is not necessary to include any subject nor body of message in the email that they send to these directions to be able to receive or to conduct the indicated battles. In the case of including some message or subject in said e-mails, the system will ignore these texts but it will conduct the indicated battles in the column of the right of the present table.
